Lena - University of Bristol (PhD Student)

I am currently researching for a PhD in History at the University of Bristol and University of Exeter, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council South West and Wales Doctoral Training Partnership.
My previous qualifications include a Master of Philosophy degree, and a First Class Honours Bachelor of Arts degree, both in Historical Studies from the University of Bristol.

I have a wealth of professional research experience undertaken at the University of Bristol, which has involved liaising with stakeholders and non-HEI partners on projects, managing projects, extensive archival research and cataloguing, and conducting participant-based interview research.

I lead seminars within the History Department and have also represented the University in a number of Widening Participation projects, in both organisational and teaching capacities, and thus have a wide range of experience in engaging and communicating with a variety audiences.

Across various roles, including my convening of a recognised seminar series, I have run various social media accounts across platforms, as well as organising, hosting and promoting events.

Further details of my professional experience can be found here.
