Manager, Excellence Medical Laboratory:
I oversaw the smooth running of the laboratory including staff rota, workflow and purchases. Improved on staff attitude towards work through quarterly and yearly appraisals.
Customer Care Supervisor:
I ensured that client needs were met and all queries promptly attended to. Liaised with the Director on ways to improve client base such as reaching out to companies and organizing health workshops.
Part time lecturer:
I have taught medical laboratory theory and practice to students of Abia State College of Health Management and Technology, organized seminars and professional tests as well as supervised student projects.

Data Analysis
I am experienced in the use of Excel and Meta essentials software in analyzing data. I can also interpret outcomes of such analysis and impact of the information gathered. I am also proficient in using MS-Word and Power point packages.
Communication
I have great oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively to any type of audience using suitable language and vocabulary. I can also write articles for the consumption of the public on any service or product aimed at driving sales or gaining clients. I have an active Facebook page where I write on various key topics ranging from health to politics and general humor.
