We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate introduction meetings by cold calling in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing potential clients to find out more about Jenson.A successful telemarketer must be friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and persuasive. You must be able to understand the products that Jenson offer, research the clients to understand their background prior to calls. The ideal candidate will also be patient, cool-tempered and resilient to deal with difficult gatekeepers.The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.Responsibilities• Cold call contacts & scripts provided by us to get introduction calls booked.• Record details of the conversation and the contact's response plus any additional useful information.• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation• Go the “extra mile” to meet call / meeting targetsRequirements and skills• Be knowledgeable and confident• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Proficient in English• Persistent, resilient results-oriented• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
Taskers best suited will have skills in excel.
