• Efficiently designed a survey that was used to gather data used for research purposes
• Worked with the data analyst and digital engagement team to draw conclusions from the data gathered from the survey

• Adapted quickly to work in a variety of different football stadiums that have different layouts
• Executed numerous tasks including communicating with customers whilst preparing food and drinks demonstrating successful multitasking
• Collaborated with my colleagues efficiently to ensure all food and drinks were stocked in preparation for halftime demonstrating my teamwork skills
• Responded to consumer complaints effectively to keep the situation calm and controlled showing an ability to work well under pressure
