Hello! My name is Isabelle and I am currently studying a Masters in English Literature at Cardiff University. If I were to describe myself in three words, they'd be: diligent, enthusiastic and punctual.
I am a highly self-motivated, organised and critical individual who has worked hard to become successful within academia, achieving high standard results throughout my education. I am a recent graduate of Cardiff University, where I achieved a first in my English Literature and Creative Writing degree, which has honed my skills in written communication, problem solving, critical thinking and time management. Within my professional life, I have had experience in customer service, hospitality and management, which has allowed me to become successful at multi-tasking and delivering a prompt and friendly service.

I oversaw the distribution, organisation and sales of second-hand books. I handled administrative tasks, including cashing-up at the end of each day, and inventory movements. I shadowed the head of department A&E consultant, where I viewed patient check-ins, bedside procedures and drug administrations. I was taught new medical terminology and procedures, with the opportunity to put

I managed multiple primary school teams through their league matches, overseeing training, fitness and personal growth of the children.
