I study English Literature and Language at Birmingham City University. I am currently working towards graduating my final year of university and in this year I am looking to gain some work experience in the fields that I am interested in.

My main capabilities are;

- Customer service (very confident and polite phone manner, dependable with emails, etc.)
I am skilled at using excel, word, powerpoint, publisher and general microsoft word software. I also know how to use Canva to create advertisements or social media posts.
My skills in these areas come from my experience when running my Parent's restaurant's 'Little Taste of Heaven's' social media platforms & completing their market research. As well as the volunteer work I completed for the company 'Aspire4U' that consisted of completing market research of their target market and their local areas. I also have experience as a front of house staff member where I handle administrative tasks, time restraints etc. Other experience includes barista work, waitressing, and being a sales assistant . This gave me experience with promoting myself and handling calls and emails with customers (on the booking system).
