My name is Adela and I am currently a 3rd-year student at the University of Birmingham studying Modern Languages who is passionate about coffee, books and travelling. Work experience
I have worked in hospitality for many years (as a barista and waitress) alongside my studies, which taught me patience, self-reliance, time management and gave me useful experience in customer service.
I have also worked as an English language tutor for children and as a tour guide which improved my communication skills and language skills.
