Greetings & salutations, My name is Harry. I am currently approaching my final year of studying English with Creative Writing at Brunel University London. I am looking to expand from personal projects and academia to offer my skill set to those looking for efficient and reliable work.

Previous Work & Experience

• Editor in chief of sixth form magazine where I co-ordinated several people to work towards the theme of the issue while also contributing to the content myself.

• Constructing a personal blog/ portfolio, first with WordPress and now with Wix. I am hosting pieces of content writing around life, current culture & technology, and personal interests. On this site, I also plan to host a portfolio of prose, both short and long form.

• Experience gathering research from long-form writing such as journals for academics as well as collecting information on history, trends, and clients for my partner who is a freelance coder.

• I have had a small position centered around data entry for a local estate agent. Trusted to input reliable data in an efficient time.

Skills

• Proofreading and editing: Experience proofreading essays and offering a constructive critique on both content improvements and grammatical corrections

• Punctual: Have never missed a deadline. Will always complete work 2-3 days in advance to have time to make edits and have multiple proofreadings.

• Quick learner: Throughout my years at university, I have become proficient at quickly grasping new forms and meeting the specific design/ form specifications.

• Microsoft office: I completed a European Computer Driving License and have continued to use and expand my proficiency with the office package.
